Good afternoon, during the COVID crisis your services are free for students. How long will that last and how does that impact teacher and tutor accounts? Should we still purchase accounts for our students or have them sign up independently?

Hi Darius, our ACT and SAT courses are currently free. There's nothing to purchase. If students create an account now, they will retain full access for 365-days. If you're a tutor or teacher, the easiest way to add students to your class is have them sign up via your class's unique invite link. If they sign up via this link, they will be automatically attached to your account and specific class:

Good afternoon,
As we approach a new school year and some relief from the pandemic, have you decided when the free accounts for students will end? Also, if the free accounts are coming to a close, where can I find prices associated with students? I would like to know as we will begin the process of preparing students in August. Thank you for any information you can provide.

Hi Darius, in case this question wasn't already answered by our sales and support team--all public and charter schools are currently eligible for free access to our ACT and SAT courses, but we do require registration before granting that access. You can register here:

Good morning,

I have uploaded student names, emails, etc. but my students did not receive an invite in their email and cannot log in yet with the usernames and passwords that were provided. I am part of the SAT pilot and we wanted to start today.

Hi Jill, students added by teachers do not automatically receive e-mails since robust school security systems tend to block them. To get started, you just need to tell students a) Piqosity's URL b) their username c) password.
