Hi Brian, "redirects" could be a browser-level cache issue.
Please have the student try accessing Piqosity using "incognito" mode in Chrome or "private browser" in Safari or "InPrivate" in Edge. Using this private browser will ensure the student's browser isn't caching any files that might be causing an issue.
There's also a chance the student could be using an outdated browser like Microsoft Explorer (since replaced by Edge), in which case they'd be better served by upgrading to Edge or Chrome.
If those two suggestions don't work, please submit a ticket with the student's user name and we will take a look.

Also, make sure that the student is no longer using the original, long URL with the invitation code. They should just be going to Piqosity.com and logging in. I could see an issue occurring if they're using that long registration code still.
